A photography session with me will involved being silly, some play, and your family just being your family. Don't worry about the kids. I'll take care of that! I have plenty of tricks up my sleeves to showcase your family connection and love. You will come out of our session with a collection of images that highlight the beauty in this season of your family life and tell your story for future generations to come.
I answer any questions your may have. We work together to choose a location, and I offer tips on what to wear, and how to make the most of your session. I make sure that you are prepared for your session and are even excited about it!
Time for your family photoshoot! This will be a relaxing, fun, no-stress photo session! I guide you through prompts and poses that allow you to just focus on having fun and enjoying your family.
After your session, I edit your photos and upload them to a password protected online gallery to easily view and select your photos depending on the package you purchased. You always have the option to upgrade your package to get all the images!

Absolutly! Your dog is a part of your family. Therefore, it should also be in your family photos.
I LOVE shooting during "golden hour." This is one hour before the sun sets in the evening or the first hour after the sun rises in the morning. However, I know that this timing can change drastically during the year here in the PNW, and also can be challenging for littles if it's past their bedtime! If these times don't work well for your family, I can find great light during the day. We will work together to find the perfect time of day that works best for your family.
Anytime of the year! Winter is amazing for snowy photos. Spring is fantastic for spring flowers and greens! (I love shooting sessions in Skagit Valley at the tulip and daffodil fields.) Summertime provides longer evenings and golden fields. And Fall has beautiful foliage with the changing of tree colors. Also, in-home sessions can happen year-round!
It rains a lot here in the PNW! I'll be watching the weather closely, and if things don't looks so good, I offer a few options:
1. We do your session in your home. This is a familiar, comfortable place for your kids, and this will allow for plenty of details to be captured.
2. We find another location with a cover. I have several favorite options in the area.
